USAA: Using Storytelling to Gain Executive Buy-in
Overview
Lead Product Managers reached out to our design team and needed to get funding for an idea for an “Auto Dealer Portal” that would help dealers get funding faster and create a more intutive and seemless experience for USAA members.
The PMs had a presentation to sell their idea in a week and needed our help to tell the story in a compelling way and have some strong visuals to get their ideas across.

MY ROLE
As the project lead, I delegated tasks to my team while focusing on the storyboard to build relationships and establish trust with our senior business partners.
I collaborated closely with the Lead Project Managers, iterating on the slides to ensure that each feature and capabilities they wanted to highlight was accurately represented.
